We are a small business legal consulting firm located in the heart of the Barents, city of Rovaniemi, Finland. We offer our clients innovative business legal advice from both proactive and facilitative legal perspectives. We specialize in legal and contractual risk management, business legal consulting, and mentoring and training services concerning business legal capabilities (e.g. contracting and ip-capabilites) of business personell. We also offer dispute resolution services in mediation and arbitration.

I specialize in the business legal and cultural challanges in the Western Barents Regions (Norway, Sweden, and Finland). I have particular expertize in legal and contractual risk management in international trade. Due to my extensive working experience from all of three above mentioned language environments, I am able to provide legal consulting to my clients in their various business challanges in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and English, but will be able to communicate with Danish and German speakers also.
